I have some questions regarding a new computer that I would like to build (or buy as a prebuilt computer), and was wondering if you could help me out with choosing parts or computers to purchase.

I live in Sydney, and will be using the computer for multiple purposes:

I may be going to Sydney TAFE to study 3D Art & Animation, so i’ll need a computer that’s able to download programs for designing virtual spaces/environments, and rendering them. This includes films and games. I enjoy Graphic Design, but I’m sure this computer will be able to handle programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
Gaming - I’d like to be able to play high-quality games such as Ark Survival: Evolved and Grand Theft Auto 5. I don’t mind if I can’t play in ‘extreme’ graphics, but I’d like to be able to play them with decent FPS and quality.

I have a budget of: $1,200 - $1,800

I also need a keyboard, mouse and a monitor.
