You could even expand server out into file server(maximize HDD) web server(maximize RAM) game server(maximize RAM and CPU) VM server(VM compatible CPU, maximize CPU and RAM)
And add options like form factor.
Edit: And they should allow people to add more parts to the public database. It could be like wikipedia, where reputation and stuff comes in to play. And higher reputation people can override the lower reputation people. And low reputation people's submissions must be approved by higher reputation people. It could all be displayed in a huge wiki, as well!
Add all this stuff, stick some ads on, and you could make enough money to live off of."
