Make sure the CPU and mobo are compatible
If you pick $900 Canadian, no overclock, no windows, no optical drive, and no rebates, it recommends an i3-4170 and an h110 mobo. Isn't the 4170 an LGA1150 and the h110 an LGA1151?

Minimum RAM + More
Firstly, great site! I've had a similar idea before after being asked so many times to help people with their computer builds. If only there was a site that could do this for me.
Some people may know just how much RAM they are going to need for their new build, which is why I'm suggesting there be a slider or buttons for 8gb, 16gb, and 32gb options.
Like the case has, an option to opt out of graphics cards being factored into the price would also be appreciated. Graphics cards can carry over into a new system quite easily…

Add support for newer parts
The only GPUs I see being recommended are the 380, 390X, and the 980Ti and SLI/Crossfire variations. Some people may not want to have a dual GPU system and some people might want an RX or 10 series card. Where is the support for that? What about Skylake and Kaby Lake? They don't seem to exist either.

Update Build Generator
I have noticed that many parts on the build generator are outdated. Either the prices have changed, or the parts aren't sold altogether. Maybe have dynamic part grabbers?

Music recording, videogame design
A nice build at my budget, the sweet spot between music os, and a gaming pc. Something that can do A lot of things at once, and doesn't get too hot, or loud
