How about you can choose if you want Micro ATX? If possible within the budget ofcourse.
And I think that when your budget is $1500 or higher, maybe get a i7 build?
And also 16GB memory? So far the options for hard disk and SSD work very nicely!

Modular Option
An option to search Modular, Non-Modular, or I don't care for power supplies. Some people are willing to pay more for a modular power supply, but others don't think it matters. The option would allow users to maximize the cost and get the computer they want.

Add a guide for first-time builders, or link to one
A guide for first-time builders on what steps to take when building, and what goes where, would be useful. Guides like this already exist, so if you don't feel the need to make one yourself to match the tone of your site, you could just link to an existing one!

Give option to replace stuff
If you can give the otion to replace like graphics cards from 2 radeons to maybe 1 GTX card this would increase the flexibility of the way you could build your pc. Also maybe HDD and SSD should be replacable by other marks like seagate. and towers should be adabtable towards making them cooler or bigger like a mid-towder a small tower or maybe even a rack for a server or so. Contact me about this any day you want because its vacation for me and i have all the time i want.

Find the lowest price for a specific model
I assume the code already finds the lowest price for the parts that it chooses. It would be nice if this could be re purposed to find the lowest price on specific parts that the user selects. IE I wanted to swap the case on my build for an NZXT 210 Elite even though it didn't quite match the price range, but I can't force it to use that model.

Have multiple 'types' of computers to pick from
I'm looking to buy a new computer mostly for CAD work and some simulation, and I'd imagine that the needs are slightly different than that of a gaming computer. It'd be cool if I could select something that would change the picked computer based on the type of computer I'm trying to build

Ability to remove more parts.
A non-gaming computer probably doesn't need $400 of its total price on a video card, and someone wanting to build a NAS station probably won't need an SSD or 8 gigs of RAM..

Include options to specify manufacturer
I would prefer if I could select manufacturer options. Not override the price/performance ratio, but to enable system specifications for applications such as CUDA programming (requires NVIDIA CUDA enabled GPU).

Select Certain Models for GPU
I am planning to use Linux and AMD drivers are notoriously bad. So it would have been nice if I could select the chipset maker for the GPU and possibly CPU... Yeah then again we don't want it to be too complicated right?

Form factors
I know it is not a big deal but I want to build a HTPC/Gaming/Steambox computer... So it would be nice if there was an option to get recommendations for different form factors. Micro ATX is awesome but how about ITX?

Be able to choose cpu power over gpu power
All of the low-ish end builds use the fx 6300, when they could easily have an i5 4570 with just a slightly cheaper graphics card
